Inside a private street in the heart of the Trastevere district you wake up in the morning and, just after a swim or a Turkish bath, you feel engaged with the atmosphere of the famous Sunday Market of Porta Portese, just beside us.

Our hostel, with the only indoor pool of Trastevere can be used for 12 months a year (heated winter water) practising water aerobics, hydrobikes and free swimming.

As well as the professional gym of 600 sqm where you can attend all fitness, cross-fit, yoga or weight training sessions and then relaxing into the Spa with Jacuzzi and Turkish bath.
All these services for only € 15,00 per day with the possibility of entry and exit several times in the same day !!

Go swimming in the morning for an hour, following tasty breakfast, tour for Rome and returning for an hour of yoga or fitness, a sauna being ready for a great evening !!
